Watch for this one at a wedding near you! This 8.5x20 custom build was created to be a mobile bar on wheels, complete with concession serving window, outside access trough, cold room and more.
It takes thorough planning to build a cargo trailer this customized. To begin, the aluminum frame had to be built to support the extra weight that will be transported inside, from refrigerated coolers to cases of beer, wine etc.
The frame on this unit was upgraded to a heavy duty 2x4, 3/16 mainframe with a 2x4 A-frame. The inside contains a separate room that will be used as a cold room for beverages, for this, 1x2 walls were built for sufficient insulation.
The entire frame is mounted on 5200 lb straight Dexter axles.
Creating a custom mobile bar cargo trailer means you get to choose which options and features are most important to you. In addition to structural changes, this unit featured a lot of unique and upgraded options like:
Blackout package with black aluminum wheels
RV Door with window and screen
RV step
3'x3' Generator Door with gas shocks and slide out tray
Concession window with gas shocks and 5' folding serving tray
4' wide trough with access door
Interior insulated room with man door
Finished interior walls and ceiling
Black coin flooring
Heavy Duty Stabilizer Jacks
Transition Flap
2 Flood lights
Take a look inside.....
Wondering how long a trailer like this takes to build? After all the planning process was complete, build time was approximately 1.5 months from start to finish.
We can't wait to see this one stocked and ready for it's first party!
